With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings have received unprecedented attention.Efficient construction,high quality products,resource saving and environment friendliness are the biggest advantages of fabricated buildings.And with the expansion of city and the improvement of citizen living standard,people put forward higher requirements for the facade design of fabricated buildings.However,many factors are restricted,resulting in ordinary design of fabricated buildings,making the fabricated buildings unable to meet the aesthetic needs and unable to meet the requirements of the urban development.So it is urgent for designers to think about diversified design methods.On the basis of previous investigation and data analysis,this thesis summarizes seven kinds of methods suitable for diversified design of fabricated building facades through the study of prefabricated building design and engineering system.The feasibility of the method is demonstrated through case study and trial design.The article is divided into six parts: the first part is general introduction of research background,the development of prefabricated buildings,the summary of relevant research,the purpose and significance of the study,and the framework of the thesis.The second part is general understanding of prefabricated building facade design,by analyzing the fundamental elements of the prefabricated building facade,based on field research and data analysis,the summary of limits of fabricated buildings.The third part is solution of the diversified design concept of the prefabricated building facade,from the perspective of architectural design,and summarize of principles of diversified facade design methods.The fourth part is the key chapter.This part analyzes the seven methods of diversified design of the prefabricated building facades,and uses the actual case analysis and the trial design to demonstrate and analyze the method.The fifth part is the research of the actual project,based on two completed project cases,this paper again demonstrates and appraise the facade diversification design method proposed in the previous article.Final is the conclusion,summary of the article and prospect for the future of the prefabricated building facade design. |
