Research On The Space And Form Of Rural Houses In Chang-Zhu-Tan Area Under The Background Of Construction Of Beautiful Village

The report of the 18 th CPC National Congress proposed to achieve the goal of a beautiful China.Beautiful rural construction is the only way to achieve this goal.Rural construction in China is vigorously carried out,but because of its large scale,it is extremely complex and challenging.Nowadays,people are paying more attention to the construction of traditional rural houses and tend to turn traditional villages into boutique tourist villages.However,attention and research are not enough for contemporary rural houses.Contemporary rural houses face the largest group of peasants,and are the peasants' groups to settle down.To understand and correctly understand it is a problem that contemporary architecture must face.This article selects the rural houses built after the reform and opening up in the Chang-Zhu-Tan area as well as the research objects for the residences of the “Beautiful Village Demonstration Village”.It starts with the field survey materials and uses the working methods of finding problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems,and combining construction professionals.Theories and design methods have conducted in-depth research on the status quo of rural housing construction in the region.Based on this,the method of sub-categories of farmers in housing construction is proposed.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,purpose and research methods of the topic.The second chapter defines the research objectives and scope of the article,and introduces the theoretical basis,related practice and research summary.The third chapter simply introduces the economy,geography and culture of the Chang-Zhu-Tan area.Then it analyzes the status quo and problems of the rural houses before and after the construction of the beautiful countryside,and conducts comparative studies on the rural houses before and after the construction of the beautiful countryside.Recognizing that the overall development of rural housing presents many problems at present,the most prominent one is "the small ocean floor all over the place," and there is a growing tendency.Finally,a comparative analysis of the shape of rural residential space before and after the construction of the beautiful countryside.The fourth chapter first introduces the spatial morphological characteristics of rural dwellings,and proposes that "two levels of two entrances and three rooms" are the core of rural dwellings.At the same time,according to the time factor and space morphological characteristics,the rural dwellings in the region are roughly divided into three types.Awareness: basic,developmental,foreign,and gives the corresponding mapping drawings.Then,it discusses the concrete manifestations of changes in the shape of residential space.Finally,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the changes of the spatial patterns of rural residences,and uses the combination of theory and cases to explore the relationship between the actual needs of farmers and the spatial form.Chapter fifth starts from the Changzhutan geographical situation.Based on the results of research and analysis,it points out that the construction of rural houses in the “Beautiful Rural Construction” must start from the aspects of the beautiful rural construction path and the residential renewal theory,and it should be given in the way of combining theory with the case.Some optimization suggestions.
