Research On Phased Cycling Architecture Design Based On Architectural Planning

With the modernization of social development,the complication of industrial structure,the expansion of urban construction,and the high technology of building technology,the development of China's construction industry has gradually transitioned from a purely scaleand speed-based development model to a focus on urban development and people's needs.The new stage of regional image and economic value.The proposal of architectural planning conforms to the trend of the times and has received more and more attention and applications.However,in the current domestic construction project process,due to the lack of systematic,scientific,practical and practical application modes of architectural planning and architectural design interaction,architectural planning as an important link has not been fully applied in the architectural design process,forming an efficient feedback interaction.Guide project construction.This article through the current domestic construction project process in the relationship between architectural planning and architectural design research,combing a representative of the domestic and international architectural planning theory,to explore the stage for the domestic project construction cycle design model.In the research process,the author adopted the horizontal and vertical two direction systems to sort out the relevant content of the interaction between architectural planning and architectural design.The paper consists of three parts and four chapters.The first part(chapter 1)mainly analyzes the research background and the status quo of research at home and abroad,and determines the research method and framework of the thesis.The second part(Chapter 2)is the basic theory part of the thesis.This part discriminates the difference between the architectural planning concept and the real estate planning.It analyzes the representative five kinds of buildings abroad from two aspects of the system structure and operation mode.Planning theory,and compared with the domestic model for reference,and finally summed up the direction for China's model recommendations.The third part(third and fourth chapters)is the practical chapter and is also the core part of the dissertation.This section combines the current status of domestic projects,and proposes a phased cyclic architectural design method for domestic engineering projects,including three parts: content,structure,and operation mode.In the case study section,it is based on residential and commercial buildings.Explain the project practice of the cyclical architectural design pattern in the phase.The research of this dissertation emphasizes the cyclical interactive relationship between architectural planning and architectural design.At present,in the domestic construction process,architectural planning and architectural design are one-way guiding relations.The architectural design cannot be reasonable in the project design cycle.Sex assessment,in view of this status quo,this article provides a method of cyclical architectural design mode and exploration and practice cases,so that the construction process in our country forms a virtuous circle model of interactive development between architectural design and architectural planning.
