Shenzhen high speed environment Co.,Ltd.was founded in late 2016.It is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Expressway Limited by Share Ltd(00548.HK).In the critical period of the strategic transformation of the parent company,Shenzhen high speed environment Co.,Ltd.undertakes the important mission of developing new business and seeking new profit growth point.However,the Shenzhen high-speed environment Co.,Ltd.,which is in its initial stage,is confronted with disadvantages such as lack of experience in the industry and lack of qualified personnel.Therefore,how to design the company's human capital incentive mechanism has become a major problem for the company.Centering on the above problems,this paper uses benchmarking,case study and literature research methods,first of all,in-depth study of the theoretical literature such as human capital,incentive and incentive theory and incentive mechanism.Through the collation and induction of the above literature theory,the main incentive methods of different types of human capital are summarized,and a systemic theory of human capital incentive is formed.Secondly,through benchmarking learning theory,a detailed analysis is conducted for benchmarking enterprises with similar business practices and standardized management,and the mechanism of different human capital incentives in benchmarking enterprises is concluded.Further,according to the actual situation of the company,we can draw lessons from it.Finally,combined with previous theory of scholars,benchmarking enterprises,based on the company's situation,and is facing some difficulties and limitations,the design of incentive mechanism of different human capital in detail.The human capital incentives for entrepreneurs mainly adopt short-term economic incentives,long-term economic incentives and spiritual incentives.The emphasis on the long-term equity incentive and incentive management;human capital mainly uses the short-term economic incentive,and long-term incentive,which focused on the long-term incentives,enhance the ability and promotion incentive;technology innovation human capital by short-term economic incentive,long-term economic motivation and achievement motivation,which focus on achievement motivation;ordinary human capital by short-term economic motivation,goal motivation and development motivation,which focus on the development of incentive to enhance the ability of the.And on the basis of the current development of the company,the paper puts forward four measures for the construction of incentive mechanisms.This paper makes up the deficiency of existing literature on the construction of human capital incentive mechanism in start-ups.And,in the context of China's economic transformation and upgrading,this study has a certain guiding role for the traditional industry giants in the process of human resources management practice in the process of transformation.
