In recent years,as a new city in the north wing of Quanzhou,Huian county has been listed as a priority development area in Quanzhou,such as the centralized architecture,carving effect,ancient city,tourism and culture.At present,Huian County Stone shoes,bags,food and beverage,hardware machinery,construction and other five traditional pillar industries.As one of the five major traditional industries stone industry,due to the lack of long-term development of the strategic vision and consciousness,industry level is low,the enterprise idea is backward,smaller enterprises,brand awareness is weak,backward technology innovation,product homogeneity serious,enterprises financing difficulties and so on,leading to the original industrial cluster development momentum gradually weakened,is facing with the development of serious difficulties.Therefore,how to solve the development dilemma,coordinate various factors inside and outside the economic system and realize the transformation of industrial clusters is the urgent problem to solve in Huian stone carving stone industry cluster.This paper commented on the research theories of industrial cluster,strategic management and stone carving industry at the same time.At the same time,we thought deeply about how to manage strategically in the industrial cluster level and the internal member enterprises,and comprehensively analyzed the present situation of Huian stone carving stone industry cluster.In the face of the current situation of industrial cluster,this paper adopts field survey,qualitative and quantitative methods,combined with the theory of industrial cluster knowledge and strategic management,put forward for the stone industry is big but not strong,quality is not high,the market is small,the factors restricting the prominent issues such as "government guidance,enterprise main body,market allocation" the road,can accelerate the stone industry transformation and upgrading.According to the stone industry needs to upgrade,this paper from the development of the industry layout,high quality and efficient public services,personnel training system,leading enterprises to support efforts,trading platform construction,technological transformation of enterprises,intellectual property management and service system,enterprise financial support,professional park and the construction of the market and other aspects of the specific advice.
