With the demand of the market and the development of computer numerical control technology and new material,the computer numerical control stone engraving machine has obtained a good development opportunity.The open CNC system as an open platform,which has a modular structure,can achieve open,portability,exchange and scalability,quickly adapt to different application requirements and solve the problem of the traditional closed CNC system,is now the development direction of the stone engraving machine CNC system.Therefore,it is very important to develop the control system of the stone carving machine with the advanced technology.This research is based on the hardware platform of PC + PCI 1020 movement control CARDS and the software platform of Windows XP + Visual c + + 6.0,which is composed of an open CNC system of stone carving machine.The main research content of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,the 3D model of the stone carving machine was constructed by using Pro/E 3D graphics software.The configuration of each component was studied,and the reasonable size and relative reasonable design of each component were determined;moreover,the 3D model of the stone carving machine was converted into 2D drawing,and the assembly drawing,the local assembly,the part drawing and the processing technology were determined;besides,the Solidworks software was used to do the interference test,to further improve the size of the parts,so that the organization was more reasonable.Secondly,the experimental platform was based on the electric spindle of the DY6090 type CNC stone engraving machine,and the experimental modal analysis of the spindle unit was carried out in three cases.The correctness of the finite element model of the spindle was verified,and the natural frequency of the spindle was analyzed.Through modal simulation analysis by ABAQUS,the correctness of the test was verified,which provided a basis for improving the structure of the main shaft.Thirdly,the overall design scheme and design requirements of the hardware of the control system of the stone engraving machine were introduced,and gave full consideration to the performance,market demand and price of the stone carving machine,and the reasonable system design scheme was given;on the system control principle,the basic components of motor control,the electrical structure and other aspects,which were designed and adjusted;The function,usage and principle of PCI 1020 motion control card were introduced in detail,and the external connection and control output signal of the terminal board have carried on the design and application.Finally,the design and development of the CNC system software of the DY6090 type stone engraving machine were introduced,which included the overall design plan,the division of the function module,the design of the main interface of the system,the design of the VC program.At the same time,it also analyzed the shortcomings of this numerical control system and put forward the improvement of the further work.
