SMA Mixture belong to dense skeleton embedded extrusion material.It possesses elevated temperature property and durability,it can balance contradiction between anti-sliding Performance and water tightness.But some engineering practice shows that much SMA pavement asphalt content,asphalt mortar coated coarse aggregate surface,forming "coated thick layer",in the early stage of open traffic,the temperature is relatively low,this layer of asphalt forming "mirror" effect on the road surface,the road leading to side-way force coefficient is relatively low.At the same time,the department of transportation issued by the end of 2015,to 100% qualified performance indexes of pavement anti-sliding performance of side-way force coefficient.Obviously,in order to ensure the pavement acceptance,as well as the early opening to traffic safety,solve the technical problem is very necessary and urgent.On the one hand,the general consensus in the industry based on the anti slide performance of asphalt pavement anti slide performance mainly due to t stone generally considered(PSV),the way of Coarse Aggregate Angularity and gradation with anti slide contour and structure.To solve this problem,we should choose the high quality anti sliding layer of stone,the use of reasonable processing technology,and the design of good grading?Therefore,this paper uses gradation design theory and CAVF method according to the volume design of asphalt mixture gradation design method,carried out experimental study of diabase,diorite and granite stone three,using a conventional anti slide structure,performance evaluation index depth value coefficient of friction pendulum,and the pressure film interface evaluation technique and stress centralized distribution rate index,and rub the test device,the different SMA asphalt pavement of different phase(initial,in the process of using the comprehensive evaluation)anti sliding performance?The various aspects of performance,and ultimately determine the use of reserves relatively rich diorite stone,and optimized the SMA gradation,using relatively coarse form(4.75 mm pass rate of about 25% in the relative increase of 9.5mm tailing,improved SMA)to solve the problem?On the other hand,the research on the engineering test road was carried out.9 kinds of schemes were designed,such as the amount of asphalt,the amount and type of mineral fiber,and the compaction process.At the same time,the anti sliding performance of the test road is studied by using the conventional anti slide performance evaluation methods,such as the construction depth,the coefficient of friction and the transverse force coefficient,and the evaluation technology of the pressure film interface.The results showed that under the condition of high temperature,initial pressure and pressure vibration or not against sliding performance,but complex pressure stage uses the wheel rolling process,final pressure stage using vibration compaction technology,anti sliding performance is very prominent.In addition,the influence of fiber types on the initial Anti-sliding Performance performance of SMA asphalt pavement is not particularly prominent,but too much fiber content,excessive or excessive increase in the frequency of vibration and rolling.Is not particularly conducive to the improvement of the initial anti sliding performance.
