On The Strategies Of Green Transformation Of Old Communities In North China

Facing the continuous deterioration of climate and environment and the depletion of natural resources,environment and sustainable development become the most urgent subject in this century.Under the great development goal of saving energy and reducing carbon emissions in the construction industry,China has developed green buildings in new buildings in recent years,and has achieved good results.However,the old residential quarters still exist the problems of poor living environment,high level of resource consumption and aging of equipment.The use of green means to transform old residential quarters can effectively reduce the energy consumption of buildings,improve the living environment,improve the comfort degree,and improve the residential area to a better operating state.Repair method instead of the demolition Dajian resources waste phenomenon brings,suitable for the needs of the development of green.From the perspective of the future,the green transformation of old communities will be one of the effective ways to improve the current situation of resources and environment,which is in line with the trend of the development of China's construction industry.North China is very clear in the four seasons.It is located in the cold area of China's thermal construction area.It is cold and dry in winter.The residents need heating heating.In summer,the heat is hot and air conditioning is used.Building energy consumption is increasing year by year with the increase of residential heating energy consumption and refrigeration energy consumption,and the proportion of total energy consumption in the society is also increasing.Based on the in-depth investigation of the old residential areas at the end of 20 century in North China in 1980 s,this paper summarizes the main dissatisfied factors of occupants' living environment.Secondly,through the analysis and study of the the old residential district transformation cases,statistics,screening and summing up the optimization strategy,based on the content and principle of the old district green transformation,the construction structure,the spatial layout,the system equipment and the site environment are selected for four aspects,and a set of North China is obtained.The design process of green transformation of old district in the region is applied to the reconstruction example of the North living area of Handan,and the quantitative analysis of building energy consumption is carried out by the physical environment simulation software,and the final design scheme is obtained.It is expected to provide a more reasonable reference for the green transformation of the old and old communities in North China,and to provide reference for the green transformation of other types of buildings in North China.
