As a type of building directly serving industrial production,industrial architecture occupies an important position in the planning and design of cities and buildings.With the continuous improvement of our understanding of environmental protection and low-carbon energy conservation,and the increasing proportion of industrial buildings in all over the building category,the issue of energy consumption in industrial buildings has been increasingly valued.The building volume of an industrial building is generally quite large,and only the side windows cannot usually meet the needs of indoor lighting.Therefore,the skylight is often set.Sunroof is one of the important methods to increasing the lighting for industrial buildings.The appropriate skylight design can not only provide the propriety illumination and reduce energy consumption,but also can create a more architectural expression of artistic expression,and then promote the operational efficiency.Therefore,the focus of this research will be on the optimized design of the skylight lighting in the single-storey factory building in southern Hebei.The research object is a single-layer industrial plant in the southern areas of Hebei.Through the design practice of the Shahe Haisheng Glass Factory lighting in the region of south Hebei,the skylights in the industrial plant are surveyed for the natural lighting of the skylights in the single-layer industrial plant in the southern Hebei.the study.Then,an appropriate and simplified sky model is set in combination with the geographical and temporal characteristics of the area of south Hebei,and numerical simulation methods are used to measure the main influences on natural lighting,such as skylight form,window-to-land ratio,sunroof arrangement,transmittance of materials and so on.There are subjected to scientific and comprehensive simulation analysis to obtain the direct influence of various influencing factors on indoor natural lighting quality and building energy consumption.By analyzing the simulation results of a single storey building and combining theoretical studies,a sunroof optimization design strategy suitable for the regional climatic features of the region south Hebei was concluded.It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as a reference for the natural daylighting design of same buildings of industry in similar areas and other similar regions.At the same time,it will guide the design of new types of ecological industrial buildings in the south Hebei lately.
