The following three fund project supported by the completion of the study, respectively is: National Natural Science Fund Project "based on light exposure forecast of the plant dynamic light environment research"(project number: 51378518); textile factory production workshop new LED lighting applications and light environment optimization study(project number: 1042012920120908, project unit: Shenzhen gold lighting industrial Co., Ltd.); based on optical biological effect of low floor light industrial workshop LED indoor health lighting products key technology research(project number:(1042012920120907, project unit: Guangzhou Audi general lighting limited company).Solar energy is a green energy, inexhaustible. The use of natural light in buildings can save lighting energy consumption, this is a long time the consensus. As for the electronics factory worker workshop, the natural light also plays a very important position other than artificial lighting, natural lighting can not only improve the workshop room light comfort, relieve fatigue, while improving workers’ enthusiasm for production has important significance. In recent years, due to the energy and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, the architect for the design of light environment to reduce energy consumption in this level of attention more and more. How to maintain a good premise indoor light environment as much as possible to reduce building energy consumption has become an important issue.In this paper, in order to improve industrial plant in Chongqing electronics assembly plant light environment for research objectives, after discussion of the importance of natural light electronics factory and research significance, finishing lighting technology theory and methods of modern industrial plants. Then, based on regional standards Chongqing meteorological data, Chongqing light climate characteristics, and on this basis, combined with "architectural lighting design standards(GB 50033-2013)" on factory assembly plant in Chongqing electronic field measurements and surveys in the analysis After the survey results are summarized in the current issue of its existence lighting. To solve these problems, with the side window assembly plant for the study points to the Chongqing area light combines climate data, using simulation software Desktop Radiance of the window than the glass transmittance, side height, the shape of the side windows, side windows and lighting arrangement The main parameters affecting the side window shop lighting components were analyzed simulation, get out of the relationship between these parameters and the indoor natural light quality. And further quantitative analysis of these parameters, the side window assembly plant research to optimize daylighting design. Eventually come up with a suitable electronic factory assembly plant in Chongqing daylighting design strategies to make the assembly shop lighting environment has been improved to meet national standards to ensure the physical and mental health of workers, thereby enhancing productivity. But also for the initial architectural design future electronics factory in Chongqing, providing a reference.The main research conclusions are: ①Chongqing electronics factory assembly plant, light environmental problems including, indoor illumination is insufficient, indoor illuminance distribution is uneven, lack of shading and indoor metope, ground, ceiling reflection coefficient of indoor light environment greater impact; ② of assembly workshop, the original lighting scheme of simulation show that: average value of intensity of illumination and the spring equinox can basically meet the standard, the summer solstice is completely meet, winter solstice is not fully meet; lighting uniformity, they can’t meet the. ③assembly workshop influence factor optimization simulation shows that, assembly workshop should not be more than 24%; glass light transmission rate is higher, more conducive to lighting, the higher of the side window, uniformity of daylighting better; sill height suggestions about 1200mm; side window width ratio of 1.2, 1.5, most conducive to lighting.
