Cement concrete pavement is widely used in highways with high load bearing capacity because of its high stiffness,strong load diffusion capacity,bending resistance,strong abrasion resistance and good stability.However,as the proportion of heavy vehicles on the road is increasing year by year,its load and uniaxial load are also increasing,which has become one of the main causes of early damage and later failure of cement concrete pavement.The effect of heavy load vehicle driving load on cement concrete pavement is different from static load,and the damage effect is greater.However,the previous research on the design or load of cement concrete pavement is based on heavy load vehicle static load,which can not fully clarify the stress status of cement concrete pavement.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and analyze the dynamic load of heavy haul vehicles on cement concrete pavement.On the basis of the various kinds of disease forms of cement concrete pavement and the damage mechanism of heavy load on the pavement,this paper analyzes the load behavior of heavy load vehicle cement pavement coupling system,discusses the action forms of different kinds of dynamic loads,and determines the dynamic load evaluation index of this article,based on the typical three.The dynamic system model of the axle heavy load vehicle is set up,the dynamic load,the dynamic load coefficient and the dynamic load variance are deduced.The Fiala tire model is selected as the tire model of the dynamic load simulation of the heavy load vehicle.The three axle heavy load vehicle model and the cement concrete 3D equivalent volume pavement model are created by the virtual prototype software.Through the dynamic load simulation,the dynamic load curve of heavy vehicle through a single cement pavement is obtained,and the influence of the dynamic force between the tire and the road panel on the two is explained.The dynamic load curve of the three axle heavy vehicle at different vehicle speed,different load mass and different tire pressure is analyzed,and the simulation results are obtained.According to the dynamic load curve and the data chart,the dynamic load is evaluated by the maximum value of the impact load and the dynamic load coefficient DLC,and the influence of the speed,load and tire pressure on the load of heavy load vehicles on the cement concrete pavement is obtained.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the preliminary analysis of the dynamic load of heavy load vehicles on cement concrete pavement is realized,the vehicle model of heavy load vehicle and the 3D equivalent volume model of cement concrete pavement are established.The evaluation indexes of the maximum value of the impact load and the dynamic load coefficient of the joint are determined,and the heavy vehicle passes through the pavement joint and the pavement joint is analyzed.The change law of dynamic load at different speed,load and tire pressure provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the study of the dynamic load of the cement concrete pavement or the design of the pavement.
