Study On Evaluation And Planning Strategy Of Human Settlements In Xinzhou

There are a large number of county-level cities in China.It is an important part of the city.The construction of the residential environment in many counties has its own characteristics,and the spatial diversity of the human settlement environment is also increasingly obvious.For a long time,the process of rapid urbanization in our country has caused various problems such as the destruction of the ecological environment,traffic jams,low quality of public services,and the disappearance of history and culture,which has restricted the development of the human settlement environment.With the Central City Planning Working Conference,"Build a harmonious,livable,dynamic,and distinctive modern city";living environment construction will be the focus of future city work.In order to improve the quality of human living environment and improve the livable level of the county,first of all,under the principle of "people-oriented",we construct the evaluation system of the residential environment index of the county city with the residents’ satisfaction as the main part,and carry out the questionnaire design with the index evaluation system,and carry out the investigation of the human living environment in the ten counties of Xinzhou.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of the county’s human settlement environment,and uses statistical analysis methods such as comparative research and correlation analysis to analyze the questionnaires,and analyzes the importance ranking and main influencing factors of human habitat environmental assessment indicators.Finally,in view of the current situation and the characteristics of human settlements,this paper puts forward the strategies of human settlements in Xinzhou county-level cities.The results of the study indicate that the satisfaction of the human settlement environment in the county-level cities of Xinzhou is generally good,and the residents have a higher degree of recognition of the living environment of the county.The livable county is generally better than the livable and generally livable county in all aspects.At the same time,there are common problems such as lack of protection of historical culture,destruction of ecological environment,unbalanced development of old cities in the New District,and lack of service facilities.The ranking of the main influencing factors of the overall evaluation of the satisfaction of the urban human settlements environment is: living environment,ecological environment,infrastructure,public safety,social harmony,and economic development.Based on the results of the evaluation,five planning strategies were proposed for the integration of landscapes,facilities,quality,reproduction,quality,and collaboration.The research on the residential environment of the county city is of great value.On the theoretical level,the conclusion of the index evaluation system based on the characteristics of the county city,the ranking of the importance of the evaluation index of the environmental evaluation index and the main influencing factors,enriches the theory of the human settlement environment.On the practical level,it proposes planning strategies and suggestions for improvement according to local conditions in order to achieve a certain guidance and reference for the planning,construction and management of the county.
