The public hospital building is a special type of high-energy public building.With the continuous development of our country's economy and the gradual improvement of the living conditions,we have made considerable progress in the development of medical science.But the application of modern computer-based high technologies such as the Internet,the application of advanced medical equipment,and the renovation of hospital building materials all affect the energy consumption of hospitals.In particular,The energy consumption of old hospital buildings is a special concern.Without prejudice to the hospital's normal diagnosis,the hospital building undergo energy-saving reforms to improve the energy efficiency.However,such energy-saving renovation projects are faced with various risks.A complete risk assessment system can help the project effectively control risks.At present,relevant experts and scholars have done many theoretical explorations and practices on the risk assessment of energy-saving retrofit projects for general residential buildings.This article will discuss the risk assessment of energy-saving retrofit projects in public hospital buildings.Based on literature review and expert research,this article will analyze the risk status and the risk assessment of public hospital building energy saving reconstruction project.Combined with the characteristics of public hospitals,this article comprehensively identifies risk factors and establishes a set of risk assessment indicators.This article will calculate the risk influence order value and risk probability order value to determine the Borda ordinal value of the risk evaluation index,so as to rank the importance degree of risk factors and clarify the priority of the risk management resource configuration.This article will use the risk matrix to analyze the risk level and weight of each risk evaluation index,and determine the comprehensive risk level of the project.At the same time,this article will construct a risk assessment model and applies a specific case to verify the validity and rationality of the model.
