Research On Cost Control In The Implementation Phase Of University Reconstruction Project

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the rapid growth of the national economy,the overall quality of the people than in 80 and 90 s has been greatly improved,the rapid development of higher education also.All colleges and universities are expanding the scale of enrollment,in order to adapt to the growing number of students,meet the needs of teaching and scientific research and the basic requirements of life and learning of teachers and students,which put forward higher requirements for the basic construction of the school.With the use of modern teaching,multimedia teaching equipment,many of the old classrooms and laboratories have been unable to meet the normal school teaching requirements;the old dormitory conditions embarrassed,8people between male and female students dormitory has not adapt to the requirements of the students,improve the living conditions of imminent.The cost of improving infrastructure is considerable every year,and the state invests a large amount of special funds to reform the old basic facilities and improve the campus environment.How to make good use of these special funds of the country scientifically and rationally,and make it practically and effectively used in the basic construction of the school.Due to the size of the scale of a project,from a few million to several million dollars,compared with the new construction project,the construction cost is low,small,not high degree of attention,highlighting the problem is not cost control,lack of the implementation phase of the project cost control measures,pricing flexibility.In view of this phenomenon,this paper focuses on the cost control measures in the implementation stage of University reconstruction project.This article mainly studies the construction cost control in the implementation stage of the university building renovation project.The implementation stage refers to the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the settlement stage,and the different stages of the cost control are different.This paper expounds the cost control measures at each stage respectively.In the design stage,we use the quota design method and optimize the design to control the cost.In the bidding stage,we use step by step audit process to control cost through auditing bidding documents and bidding control price.In the construction phase,using the method of engineering database,the price of equipment material is controlled,the deviation analysis method is used to analyze the deviations in the project in time and take corrective measures to ensure the successful completion of the project.In the settlement stage,the cost control is achieved through sorting out the settlement data and adopting a strict audit process.Taking the renovation project of a college dormitory building as an example,this paper makes a case study on the cost control measures of the project implementation stage,and establishes a scientificand effective cost control method at various stages.Finally,summarize and prospect,put forward the author's opinion and suggestion for cost control in the implementation phase of University reconstruction project.
