Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Planning Of The Logistics Park Of Inland River Port

China is the logistics power,railway,highway,port,cargo airlines are in the forefront of the world,with the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy,bring great development opportunity for the logistics industry.In 2014,the State Council issued the "medium and long term planning of the development of logistics industry(2014-2020)",which clearly put forward 12 key projects,such as multimodal transport,agricultural product logistics,logistics park,manufacturing logistics and supply chain management,and some local governments have also introduced some policies to support the development of regional logistics industry.As the highest level logistics node of logistics network system,logistics park plays an important role in alleviating urban traffic pressure,reducing environmental pollution,reducing logistics costs and promoting the development of local economy.The construction of logistics park will become a hot topic in all parts of the country.However,many logistics parks in our country are still focusing on the construction of light planning,which often leads to some blind up and unrealistic projects in the process of construction,so it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the planning of the logistics park in order to prevent the decision error and realize the scientific and rational planning of the logistics park..In view of this,this paper takes the port logistics park as the breakthrough point,and studies the influencing factors of its planning.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the overall planning of the logistics park in our country,with the way of literature review summarized the current research angle of logistics park planning,the research angle is divided into park location(including the strategic position and function orientation),selection,development and operation mode selection,determination of the scale(including land use scale and investment scale),five aspects of functional layout.Based on a great deal of literature,the influence factors of logistics park planning are 23 factors affecting the extraction,extraction by the method of case study,literature research method extracted factors 35,with all 32 factors influencing factors selected through the list of the two methods,and finally to the park location and the development and operation mode,park location,scale determination,functional layout of the five aspects of the 35 factors were classified,got the final impact factors.Secondly,the research data were collected by questionnaire,and the use of SPSS21.0 software for data reliability,validity analysis and factor analysis,combined with the results of the optimization of influencing factors of the list and finally get 27 influencing factors,optimized result of the analysis shows that the results of the ten data structure stable and good questionnaire.The data after inspection of the two order confirmatory structural equation model of the input of inland port logistics park planning,the index test model with the help of AMOS21.0 software,the path coefficient diagram of the model is obtained according to the output results,further optimization of the influence factors of the list,will ultimately affect the optimization of 21 factors.The output results of the structural equation model showed that the structure model of park location,development and operation mode,park location,scale determination,path coefficient function layout were 0.808,0.736,0.911,0.833,0.766,one of which 3 factors,two factors affecting 2;in the 21 factors of measurement in the model,factors of the primary effects of the 10 factors,two grade7,three grade 4 Influence factors.Finally,the empirical analysis of the model is carried out according to the above output results.Thirdly,based on the empirical analysis of the model,the Xintian port logistics park which is in the planning and construction is chosen as a practical case,and the case data are searched for the SWOT analysis of the actual case.Then,based on the analysis results,we put forward relevant planning proposals from perfecting the modern logistics system,improving related supporting policies and improving port economic planning,so as to verify the practicability of the model results.Lastly,Based on the above research results about the Inland Port Logistics Park,the factors according to the grade one and grade two,grade three,summarized the combination,improve efficiency,enhance the park from the park's overall strength,promoting the construction and development of the park,improve the park and the surrounding environment and other aspects put forward suggestions on the planning,in order to to provide a reference for further research on the port logistics park planning in China inland river.
