With the development of national infrastructure construction in the new era,cement concrete pavement is widely used.However,due to the shortcomings of the cement concrete pavement and other factors,a large number of diseases,such as early broken board,have appeared in the process of the cement concrete pavement,such as the early broken board,which caused the normal use and maintenance of the pavement.Great difficulties also cause serious waste of resources in the later stage of repair and transformation.The cause of early breakage of cement concrete pavement is complicated.In order to find out the main reasons of early broken slab of cement concrete pavement,the paper takes a national highway in Guangzhou as the support project.First,the traffic volume,surrounding environment conditions,pavement condition,pavement drainage condition and pavement structure layer depend on the project.The parameters,the bottom of the plate and the capacity of the joint transmission are investigated and tested.Secondly,the data of the investigation and detection are summarized,and the causes of the early breakage of the cement concrete pavement are analyzed.Finally,based on the statistical data,the theoretical model is constructed with the aid of the ANSYS platform of the finite element analysis software.As well as the calculation of the stress size of each concrete slab with different temperature difference,different load size and the comprehensive effect of temperature and load on the stress size of each concrete slab,and combined with other reasons that easily lead to the fracture of cement concrete pavement,the results of calculation and analysis are given.Prevention and control measures.The survey results show that the early broken plate disease of the support project has reached 78.79%,the traffic grade is the heavy traffic grade,the pavement structure layer parameter survey shows that the construction process control is not uniform,the top of the pavement bottom is up to 53.13%,the load capacity is 68.10%,and the drainage condition is the worst.Bad road section.In the calculation results of ANSYS model,it is found that the friction coefficient,temperature load,vehicle load and the comprehensive effect of temperature and vehicle load on the stress size of the cement concrete slab bottom are influenced by the structure layer,but the influence of the temperature and the vehicle load is the most.The stress size of each plate under three conditions of surface structure strength and plate bottom empty is calculated.The transverse tensile stress of the loading plate is higher than the longitudinal tensile stress,which leads to the longitudinal fracture of the cement concrete slab.The fracture position is about 0.60m-0.82 m from the edge of the plate,and the stress concentration is appeared at the position of the force bar,which is easy to cause the plate angle fracture and the plate body.In the end,it is concluded that the causes of early breakage of the cement concrete pavement are three aspects of the integrated effect of vehicle load and temperature load,the external environment and the construction management.The paper combines the results of the analysis,and puts forward the measures to prevent the disease from the engineering disease,and applies it to the early broken board disposal of the project.The CRB-3 type material,relying on the early prevention and treatment measures of the project,provides reference for other areas of cement concrete pavement early plate fault treatment.
