Broken Stone Grouting Pile is a new type of soft ground treatment. It is a combination of gravel pile and grouting reinforcement method and has a greater advantage in many special circumstances. As a new foundation treatment method, it has been applied to highway engineering soft ground treatment of eastern coastal areas and has obtained a good reinforcement effect. At present, grouting pile composite foundation theoretical research work is far behind the engineering practice. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’work, the mechanism of the pile composite foundation and reinforcement effect are analyzed through the theoretical analysis and finite element numerical calculation and grouting pile composite foundation bearing capacity calculation method is put forward.For this new type of grouting piles, this paper mainly do the following aspects of work:(1) Based on Yueyang City Avenue along the lake, the high grade highway pavement diseases are reflected through the introduction of asphalt pavement diseases pavement diseases and the typical diseases of high-grade highways are sorted out. Then the Broken Stone Pile measure of fixing the high-grade highways is introduced, as well as the construction process.(2) The gravel grouting pile of high-grade highway roadbed reinforcement mechanism is researched. Based on the comparison of commonly used composite foundation, the reinforcement mechanism on the basis of grouting pile is researched. According to the characteristics of the grouting pile research reinforcement, the reinforcing mechanism of grouting pile composite foundation is researched and the grouting pile composite foundation bearing capacity calculation method of correction formula is put forward.(3) Using the finite element software ADINA to analysis the Broken Stone Grouting Pile. Through the comparative analysis of unreinforced and reinforced pavement deflection to study the effect of Broken Stone Pile reinforcement and to study the settlement and reinforcement effect under overload. Analysis the effect of different factors’ reinforcement.(4) In this paper,53Figures,16Tables and109References are included.
