| Nowadays,the rapid development of China’s construction industry,the rise of modern buildings such as high-rise buildings and large commercial circles has made the demand for templates and steel pipe scaffolds in construction projects increasing.In the cast-in-situ concrete project,the construction period of the traditional template support system is long,the material consumption of the template support material is large and the turnover rate is low,so that the fund of formwork project is large and the construction period is long.Compared to traditional formwork system,support template early open system can advance to demolish part template support system of material,and the part of the material flow in advance to the next construction layer,the template scaffold early open system to speed up the turnover rate of the material,speed up the construction progress,to a certain extent saved the cast-in-situ concrete engineering construction cost,has great research value.Early break system takes advantage of the reduced form scaffolding supported flexural structure span the principle of load to reduce the structure internal force,after early demolition demolition system components,keep some after poling continue to support concrete structure,guarantee the structure maintenance time at the same time,the safety of early turnover material part of the template support system.In advance after ripping,concrete floor slab is supported by plate after the demolition poling,the stud spacing design undeserved,floor will be due to insufficient strength of concrete is difficult to bear their own strength and other external load,crack.In addition,after the removal of the part of the riser shaft,the remaining post removal lever is increased by the load area,and the axial force increase is easy to make the pole pressure unstable.The main purpose of the early dismantling system design is to ensure the safety and stability of the stents in each construction stage,and to use the reliable method to check the bearing capacity of the supported concrete structure.Based on a practical project,this paper studies the early removal system of wood templates.Early break test by design,real-time monitoring board lower discrete rod axial force,the early system after the demolition of part of the bar,the improvement of floor stiffness itself to the remaining support stud the influence of axial force,and the test data with the ANSYS finite element model and the analysis data comparison,and proves that the traditional poling axial force calculation method is not applicable to early after the open system of open poling axial force calculation,in practical engineering,along with the development of the strength of concrete,concrete floor itself can assume part of load and deliver to the pillar,decrease after poling theory calculating axial force.This paper has also established steel pipe scaffold,concrete beam,plate and "three dimensional finite element analysis model,a across the floor area in early dismantling engineering time to dismantle and early design and checking calculation of vertical pole number,and according to the finite element data,of the template support early open system engineering research and application and puts forward some Suggestions. |
