Researching On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Capital Recovery In Construction Enterprises Sample

At present the phenomenon of cushion capital in construction enterprise is quite common.It is difficult to the fund recovery,which brings trouble to the normal management of enterprises and restricts the corporation development.Home and abroad research the Construction enterprise ' s fund recovery from the perspective of enterprise financial fund,however,in fact there are many elements that affect the Construction enterprise ' s fund recovery.This thesis from the perspective of the whole construction process of engineering project to comb systematically and inspect all-around the ground.Combined with the author's years of experience in nuclear power project management,and based on the nuclear power project to have a case study and analysis.The author gives the solutions and advices of Construction enterprise' s fund recovery problem,and provides the ideas to the Construction enterprise' s fund recovery that undertake large-scale construction projects,which have some reference value.The research content of this thesis as follows:Firstly,this thesis analyzes in the competitive environment of construction market,the construction enterprises face the huge challenges that slash the prices each other,unfair terms of contracts,construction enterprises aroused,and the limited personnel quality and management ability,which bring about the recovery of the project money is not in time and the construction enterprise ' s financial risks and management difficulties.Research on the problem of construction enterprise ' s fund recovery becomes an important subject to solve the problem of management development at present.It has important theoretical value and practical significance on improving management quality,ensuring the healthy development of enterprises.Secondly,the related concepts and theories of the subject study found that the factors of funds recovery difficulties spread through all phases of project implementation based on the literature research.The unreasonable construction enterprises organizations,imperfect management systems,deficient data accumulation,untimely sorting,and unfavorable communication with the stakeholder of owner and supervision,which all of them will result in the construction enterprises' funds recovery difficulties or loss on bad debts.Thirdly,I chose a large nuclear power project case combined with my work practice to have a detailed analysis on bidding for projects,contract signing and making fund recovery plan.I followed up the whole construction works.and compared with the fund recovery plan and the actual fund recovery.In addition,from the quality,safety,progress,budget and other five factors to carry out a classification study,which lays a solid foundation for the study of countermeasures in the paper.Fourthly,according to the above analyses,point to the lack of comprehensive and systematic guiding theory for construction enterprises in construction market.The paper provides the specific countermeasures on perfecting the bidding evaluation system,and focusing on the control of contract negotiations;establishing an effective contract implementation guarantee system,perfecting the funds recovery plan;strengthen the management of work progress and do a good job at the management of visa,alteration and claim;using the settlement skills and resolving the disputes and differences.
