In recent years,town gas pipeline network development fast in Beijing.The old management mode can’t satisfy the management requirement.The company is shorthanded the range of management is increase quickly.I research and analysis other gas companies,this paper analyzes the international standards and found the safety management of gas pipeline network in Beijing has following problems and characteristics.The first safety management of gas pipeline network needs standardization and systematization.management of pipe network\customer service management \fire management need improve.We in order to solve the problems,First,through the ISO quality management system and occupation health and safety management system to standardized and systematic safety management.The company’s security policy decomposition by KPI.regular safety training can develop employee safety knowledge.Risk sources are identified by means of commercial risk assessment and pipeline risk assessment,and corresponding risk control measures are proposed.To ensure the effective implementation of safety management policies and objectives,such as safety organization guarantee,safety training,regular inspection and audit.To ensure the safety management of gas network becomes a systematic,all-staff and whole-process safety management.We will strengthen project quality control and strengthen safety management in the areas of pipe network,user safety,emergency response and fire control.Improve the efficiency of safety management through informatization and new technical measures.
