In recent years, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather, there are many cases of waterlogging in subway stations caused by heavy rain.It not only brings great impact on subway operation and causes great economic losses, but also seriously threatens the life safety of the vast number of passengers and related employees. In the face of the increasing frequency of meteorological disasters and the rapid growth of passenger traffic brought by the rapid development of subway, how to implement the most prepared and most efficient emergency management for the subway station waterlogging, and to protect the safety of the people and the state property in the maximum extent of emergency waterlogging are placed in the relevant departments, enterprises and The urgent task in front of the researchers.Especially for the relevant researchers,it is necessary to discuss what kind of research method can be used to make emergency preparedness for emergency waterlogging in subway stations in all local governments and subway operators, that is to make a more feasible and more efficient waterlogging emergency management under the cooperation of enterprises.Reserve plan? In view of the complexity of the causes of waterlogging disasters in subway stations and the seriousness of the disaster consequences, the author thinks that the theory and method of scenario construction are most suitable for this research. In this paper,a subway station in a city is taken as the research object, and the scenario construction theory is introduced and its method is applied to discuss the emergency management of the waterlogging disaster in subway station based on the scenario construction theory.First, the typical cases of waterlogging disaster in subway station in recent years are summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the risk analysis and evaluation system of the subway station waterlogging disaster is established. After the analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the factors affecting the waterlogging disasters in subway stations are the risk of material factors and management factors, and the waterlogging disasters in subway stations are determined. The risk result is "will happen" and does not achieve "will not happen".Secondly, the theoretical analysis of the numerical simulation model of the subway station waterlogging disaster is carried out,and the evolution process of the waterlogging disaster in the subway station under heavy rainfall is simulated and analyzed. It is concluded that the escalator which is connected to the subway station entrance, the escalator and the station hall and the platform is very bad for the personnel to escape. In addition, based on the scenario construction theory, the emergency management mode of the subway station waterlogging disaster is put forward, that is,the response task that the corresponding disaster emergency main body needs to be carried out at various stages is summed up,and the evaluation process of disaster emergency ability is put forward, and the corresponding decision points and preparation proposals are analyzed. In the end,the paper takes the two subway stations in Beijing as the background, and carries out a demonstration and analysis, that is,the emergency management model of the situational construction theory is applied to the emergency management and practice of the waterlogging disaster in the subway station, and the suggestion of improving the emergency management ability of this kind of disaster is proposed, and the waterlogging disaster in the subway station proposed in this paper is verified. The system method of risk assessment, the numerical simulation model of waterlogging disaster and the emergency management model of the subway station waterlogging disaster based on the scenario construction theory are feasible.
