The AC meter inspection system which can supply electric energy to the meter being inspected and verifying the meter’s energy metering accuracy is a combination of all equipment.With the rapid development of power distribution automation,the State Grid Corporation of China proposed to develop a separate metering module,the power distribution line loss acquisition module,which is matched with the switching feeder terminal equipment on the pole.In this paper,a high-accuracy,stable performance,and easy-to-operate calibration system is designed to meet the high-precision error detection requirements for energy metering devices.This article firstly describes the background and significance of the AC meter inspection device,and it describes the research status of the domestic and foreign electric energy meter inspection technology.Then it introduces the related technology of the inspection system device,including the energy metering algorithm、the basic inspection method and the basic structure of the inspection device.According to the basic technical of the inspection system,combined with the application scenarios and functional requirements of the verification system,the technical specifications and overall plan of the system design are given in this paper.On the basis of the overall framework of the system,this article is designed from the hardware and software of the system.In the hardware design part,the main control system module and the circuit of each module was designed with modular design philosophy,including system power module、NI cRIO-9063 chassis module、human-computer interaction module and panel module、error detection module.The main control chip--MKM33Z128ACLH5 is a special chip for measurement and metering applications,and it is a system processing and control center.The main control system module is the core part of the entire design.The hardware design section considers the circuit’s immunity to interference and reliability.In the software design section,the software design uses the LabVIEW graphical programming environment.This article designs the software’s overall plan according to the functional requirement of the system,then introduces the software design of each function module,including the standard meter module、the standard signal source module、the man-machine interaction module and the PC software module to control the signal source.Finally,the system was tested for accuracy and the results were analyzed.The experimental results show that the AC meter verification system designed in this paper meets the design requirements in accuracy,performance and function.The AC meter inspection system designed in this thesis has been developed and applied to the high-precision error inspection of electrical energy measurement device which analog signal input is 0-5 VAC.The system has the advantages of high precision,stable performance,small size,etc.It can be used not only for the accuracy test of AC meters but also as a standard electric energy metering equipment.
