| With the development of national economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization,the architectural engineering design industry has entered a period of rapid development in China,especially after China’s accession to the WTO,and the design industry has been integrated into the process of globalization.Against such a backdrop,China’s architectural engineering design industry is facing enormous opportunities,but also accompanied by enormous challenges.As the leader of the construction project,the architectural engineering design plays a vital role in the process of the project,and its work runs through the whole process of the construction project.How to effectively improve the overall quality of the survey and design industry in China and improve the management level of the architectural engineering design is a serious problem of the industry at present.From the perspective of architectural engineering design,this paper analyzes the project management of architectural engineering design by designers,and discusses three key elements of project management:design quality management,design schedule management and design cost management.Through consulting a large number of literature materials,interviewing experts,this paper analyzes some problems in the practical process of the case combined with my own practical experience,and puts forward some improvement measures for the project management on architectural design.First of all,based on the basic theory of project management,the paper analyzes the adaptability of project management attributes of architectural engineering design management and expounds the present situation of the application of the project management theory in the architectural engineering design project in China.Then,combined with the characteristics of the architectural design project,the paper expounds the three management elements involved in the management process of the architectural design project and clarifies the management goal of architectural design project.Secondly,through the analysis of the design project of NC building district,this paper discusses the problems in design quality management,design schedule management and design cost management of the architectural design project,and puts forward the improvement measures.In short,it will greatly improve the level of project management by the introduction of project management mode into the daily management of architectural design enterprises,which will bring great benefits to the architectural engineering design enterprises.In the long run,it is imperative for architectural design enterprises to carry out scientific project management.This paper provides a reference for the improvement of the project design management of the current architectural engineering design enterprises. |
