Employee's job satisfaction has a great impact on the organizational production efficiency and the stability of human resources.After improving the employee's job satisfaction,the sense of belonging can be enhanced,the team spirit can be improved,the core-competitiveness can be strengthened.The study of Employee's job satisfaction plays an important role in the development of company.Firstly,with the fierce competition in shipping industry,the purpose of research is in order to find the factors about job satisfaction of H company and give some suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of H company.At the same time,the article introduced many research about job satisfaction which were wrote by scholars from all over the world.Secondly,the article pointed out the implication of job satisfaction,which described measuring methods and influence factors.The article discussed the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance,meanwhile,discussed the relationship between job satisfaction and employee's intention to leave.Thirdly,the article introduced the basic situation,human resource of H company,designing the questionnaire and interview questionnaire after understanding the situation of H company.And then the article analyzed the different factors which effect the job satisfaction in H company.These different factors refer to occupation,training,income,environment,promotion,holiday,relationship,leadership management,management transparency.After doing the investigation in H company,we knew that the employee are unsatisfied with training,income,holiday and promotion.There are some ways to improve employee's job satisfaction:improve the management of compensation benefit,improve the management of training,improve the management of promotion.The author hopes the research of job satisfaction can provide the ways of studying the job satisfaction for scholars from all over the world in the future.
