Research And Implementation Of The Supervision Site Management Information System

As the national development strategy of information technology,technologies including computer,network and mobile communication have also developed rapidly.The increasing matured intelligent terminals based on mobile communication technology in stead of PCs are becoming the main tool of daily life and work.The enterprise informational construction has become an inevitable development trend.The application of supervision information system will be an important business for future supervision enterprises.This paper is based on the actual supervision work?the characteristics of rail transit construction supervision industry ? the participation in the research and application of “supervision site management information system”and a large number of domestic and foreign relevant data.The analysis of issues such as backwardness in management concepts?low standardization? lagging information technology? low work efficiency and difficulty in on-site coordination in the current supervision work and the deeply research on the improvement of the project's controls including quality ? schedule ? investment and the informatization and standardization degree of safety?contracts and data management have improved the economic and social benefits of the supervision enterprise,so as to achieving the purpose of improving the management level?reducing costs and improving work efficiency.Based on the business and management requirements of rail transit construction supervision work,this paper builds a prototype of supervision site management information system through key technology research and develops core products with independent intellectual property rights.
