| Because of the irreplaceable advantages of solar energy in alleviating the depletion of resources and protecting the environment,the use of solar energy has been attached great importance by governments and scholars of various countries.The solar heating of industrial buildings has its unique characteristics.In recent years,many demonstration projects of solar heating have been built in developed countries in Europe and America,but solar heating in industrial buildings,The design and operation of solar heating system in industrial buildings are studied and discussed in this paper.In this paper,a hybrid heating system composed of solar air,solar hot water and solar heat pump is designed,and the end heating system suitable for the collector system is constructed,which solves the pipe design in the coupling technology of solar water heating system and heat pump.According to the time and weather conditions,the different heating modules in the system start up sequentially,follow the principle of preferential use of solar energy,and realize the use of solar energy step by step.The results show that the multi-module composite solar heating system can reduce the collector area by more than 50% compared with the original solar water heating system.Based on the actual design of solar heating system,a mathematical model of building energy consumption of different heating modules is established for operation simulation and analysis.The results show that: solar air heating,solar hot water heating and solar heat pump heating,Although the heating load and indoor temperature fluctuate in the operation process,they can reach the design standard temperature on the whole.In solar air heating,the indoor temperature depends on the solar air heating load.Buildings naturally heat and radiate the floor after the hot water supply delay.The solar heat pump,as an energy lifting device,can elevate the low-grade heat from solar energy in the storage tank to the high-grade heat,thus continuing to prolong the heating time of the solar energy,although the heat pump is turned on for heating,Although it will significantly reduce the temperature of the storage pool,the effect on the next day’s heat collection is limited,and the solar energy is naturally compensated when the low-temperature water collector runs.Generally speaking,The total revenue and utilization rate of solar energy is greatly improved.The total solar energy guarantee rate of the system is 73.4% and the payback period of investment is about 6.4 years. |
