Many regions have conducted clean heating policy that are suitable for the local area in the condition of promoting clean heating and livelihood projects in northern China.Meanwhile,the problem of poor thermal performance and severe heat loss cannot be neglected.We can achieve the purpose of reducing heating energy consumption,improving indoor thermal environment,and reducing pollutant emissions by applying method that uses solar energy and air energy,which make the further utilization of solar energy on the basis of basis of traditional coal combustion.This paper analyzed the natural resource conditions,building structure,clean heating policy and room heating demand of rural residents in Beijing.Besides,De ST-H was used to stimulate the energy consumption of typical farm houses.We dramatic conclusion that one to three energy-saving transformations in the exterior walls,doors,windows,and roofs can be selected to be renovated in project of energy-saving transformation.By comparing of the minimum annual cost of different renovation plans,combined with the requirements of energy saving rate,we can give priority to the energy-saving renovation of the north outer wall enclosure structure and choose energy-saving doors and windows.Roof insulation can be carried out if economic is possible.Secondly,a solar and air source heat pump combination system was set for calefaction and domestic hot water to study the energy efficiency of the system in the Yanqing area of Beijing.We get the result about the average efficiency of the collection system,the efficiency of the heating system,the solar energy guarantee rate,and the water supply temperature at different outdoor temperatures by monitoring the heating units in winter.Result shows it is possible to use solar-assisted air-source heat pumps for heating in rural areas in Beijing.Finally,on the basis of experimental analysis,we conducted the stimulation research about the indoor thermal environment created by the solar-air source heat pump combined system,and analyzed the temperature field distribution at different nodes.Energy saving,environmental protection and economic benefits of the combined system were also analyzed in this paper.The results of the study show that the use of clean energy and improvement of thermal performance of building envelopes are needed to be done to achieve the goal of "coal-free" in northern rural areas.In order to optimize the efficiency of the system,it is also feasible to use solar-air heat pumps for heating and heating technology in Beijing,providing a theoretical basis and data reference for the promotion of the system.
