To take full advantage of abundant solar energy resources and groundwater resources in Shenyang, we use low-temperature water source heat pump heating system solar heating. Flat-plate solar collector hot water heating, hybrid heat storage tank temperature heat storage, and low temperature water source heat pump system is composed of the auxiliary heat source.In this paper, the three-storey building in Shenyang was chosen as the research prototype. In this paper, the use of software architectural models DEST annual dynamic load calculation ,Analysis of building cooling, heat load causes a large gap between ,assuming 100% solar energy to ensure that the case, according to the local solar radiation, the outdoor dry bulb temperature and other factors will compute system storage tank, solar collectors and heat pump units and other major equipment designing calculations. The heating period is November to March in Shenyang, in order to maximize collection of solar energy, through the optimization method available, the optimum collector inclination is 51.8ο. Plate solar collector heating system collector area is about 57% of the area, the regenerative capacity of heat storage water tank 66L / m2(collector area), and the heat storage water tank capacity is 10 m3.By Matlab / Simulink simulation shows that the module, Flat-plate solar collector using solar collector switch controls the operation of pumps which control water collector, and control the cycle collector to run to 0℃temperature differential switch and the collector means collector maximum temperature limit; Regenerative heat storage tank water temperature is between 10 and 50℃in the work. when the water temperature is lower than 10℃, water source heat pump heating is supplied by groundwater pumping; Low-temperature water source heat pump uses the heat stored in heat storage tank and the building heat load with heat storage water temperature difference is above the minimum operating temperature of heating the end of the way to control water source heat pump start and stop, and the water temperature is higher than the heat 40℃. In order to meet cold weather systems up and running, you must drill wells to meet the water temperature below 10℃regenerative heating needs.This paper summarizes the groundwater source heat pump system solar, coal-fired boiler heating system, oil-fired boiler heating system, electric heating boiler heating system, four kinds of heating systems in the daily maximum heating power of 0.7MW circumstances, the economy analysis, environmental and security analysis. Is calculated, compared with oil-fired boiler, solar heat pump heating system is running 11 months later, the operation cost can be offset by savings to spend the initial investment cost; compared with electric heating boilers, solar heat pump heating system is running 12 months , by the operating cost savings to offset the cost of initial investment spend; compared with coal-fired boilers, solar heat pump heating system is running 15 years later, the total cost of 640,000 more, the gap is small. Solar heat pump systems less affected by energy prices and has the advantages of pollution, so the solar heat pump compared to coal-fired, oil-fired boiler is environmentally friendly, safe and economical heating system.
