With the development of China's construction industry,the technical level of project management has been continuously improved in recent years,however,due to the effect of the complexity of the project structure,the potential risk of the project and the differences in the quality of managers,etc,there are still some problems such as inefficient management and poor resource utilization,etc,in the process of project management,Improving the traditional mode of production by means of information technology is the key way to solve the problem of construction industry development.In the process of industrialization and informationization,informatization construction is an important strategy to promote the transformation and development of the construction industry.As the highest code of conduct for both sides to perform their duties in the process of construction,contract is the basis for all the economic activities carried out by the project participants,which occupies the core position in the project management and is the goal of functional management such as cost management,schedule management and quality management,etc.The level of contract management has a direct impact on the project such as implementation efficiency and economic benefits,etc.At present,the contract management of small enterprises in our country basically follows the traditional artificial method,which leads to the low efficiency of enterprise management,poor security of contract management and insufficient market competitiveness,etc..At the same time,it can not meet the requirements of enterprise informatization development.In view of the problems existing in the development of small enterprise contract management information,this paper intends to research and develop a project contract management system suitable for small enterprises,and promote the level of information development of enterprises.Firstly,this paper studys the status of the contract management system at home and abroad by using the literature research method,focusing on the analysis of the problems and shortcomings of contract management software in the domestic construction market.,and puts forward the research and development of contract management software suitable for smallenterprises.Secondly,the theory of project contract management,the theory of engineering budget and the theory of database are studied through the method of theoretical research,which is the theoretical basis of the system.Then,on the basis of the requirement analysis of the small enterprise's organization,business function,etc,the overall design of the system is carried out by using the methods of system analysis and interdisciplinary research,which is mainly divided into four parts:(1)Through the in-depth study of the B/S architecture and MVVM model,the design of the system technology architectur is carried out;(2)Through the analysis of system business requirements,the design of each function module is carried out;(3)Through the in-depth study of the RBAC model,the analysis of system UML Use Case is carried out;(4)Through the study of the MongoDB database technology,the design of the system database is carried out.Finally,through the in-depth study of AngularJS framework,Express framework technology,the object-oriented development method is used to realize the detailed programming of the system's pages,function modules,etc,and conducts the function test of the realized system,optimizes and improves the system against the testing problems to improve the system function and performance.The project contract management system developed in this paper includes project budget module,project bidding module,contract drafting module,contract approval module,contract cost measurement and early warning module,contract change and claim module,contract filing module.From the perspective of project management,the system dynamically manages contract life cycle and realizes the total project cost management under the bill of quantities mode,electronic bidding security management,standardized management of contract drafting and approval,contract price calculation and statistics management,etc.System through the Internet and communication technology to achieve information sharing and management of asynchronous operations,the person in charge of different unit obtains the information on first time,carries on the real-time dynamic control to the contract performance.The system provides a theoretical reference value and practical application of benefits for the development level of the small enterprise contract management information.
