Research On Management System Of Infrastructural Project Of University

In the construction of colleges and universities,the basic construction is one of its important contents,and it is also an important basic condition for the development of colleges and universities.In our country's colleges and universities group,with the continuous expansion of the scale of construction for many years,the infrastructure construction sector institutions has accumulated a mature management experience,and gradually establish a management system and management processes are basically adapt to the current requirements of university infrastructure projects;but compared with the international advanced management methods,but also there is a certain gap.Facing the needs of changing internal and external environment and the reform of logistics socialization,it is important to explore a management method and model that conforms to the characteristics of university infrastructure projects.The author of this article through literature review and investigation of several universities in the province's construction management mode,using induction,comparative analysis and other methods,combined with their years of practical experience,preliminary to our college construction project management is discussed.Based on the development of the review,analysis of the current domestic and international general management model and its content,and to provide the basis of construction management mode in Colleges and universities at present,in the university infrastructure project management process and found some current problems in construction management mode,management mode of capital construction should choose the project reality,in order to strengthen its at the same time,found that the agent can significantly improve the effect of college infrastructure project management efficiency,and is a relatively new management mode.In this paper,the author takes the introspective in a university construction project case as the research object,the application effect is analyzed,the results show that the agent scientific application of agent construction system,not only can improve improve the effective control of capital investment and construction period optimization of project quality,the goal,also can avoid the phenomenon of corruption in the process of implementation of the project undoubtedly,it is an ideal management mode.At the same time,in the process of the implementation of the agent construction system,the author also found some problems exposed.The author also proposed some solutions to these problems.
