Research On Zoomlion Construction Machinery Product Structure Optimization

With the dramatic change of home and aboard market of the construction machinery industry,the product sales of the construction machinery enterprises declined,the inventory was high,the leverage ratio increased,the cash flow was difficult,and the operating income of enterprises fell sharply,and the construction machinery enterprises were generally getting into trouble.At the same time,with the gradual strengthening of environmental protection policies and the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the construction machinery enterprise have to confront serious challenges.How to adjust the product mix,optimize the product structure and realize the transformation and upgrading of the product as soon as possible is the urgent task for the development of engineering machinery enterprises.Selecting Zoomlion as the research object,this paper objectively describe the length,width and structure of the existing product of zoomlion,then we will evaluate the current rationality of the product structure by constructing an evaluating index system After that,we will select some common internal and external factors that can affect the product structure of the company.By using the AHP model,we can screen out the factors that take a big weight of the product structure of Zoomlion.we will make an overall analysis of these factors and try to figure out the rationality of Zoomlion product structure.After all of this,we find out that there exist lots of backwards in its product structure.such as unreasonable allocation of resources,lack of attention to the high gross margin part of the business sector,the degree of product intelligence is not enough.There are also a number of products that fail to meet the national environmental protection requirements.On the basis of this,this paper will consider the current situation of the development of Zoomlion Co.LTD from grasping the core business,optimizing the concrete business plate,adjusting its product structure,continuing to push forward the technological innovation.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize the transformation from manufacturing to "intelligent manufacturing" and how to speed up the layout of intelligent manufacturing and develop green manufacturing are putting forward.
