Research On Evolution Mechanism For Self-established Residence's Adaptability In MaYang Xiaojiang Village Of Xiangxi

Since the processing of reform and opening-up policy,unprecedented changes have taken place in rural and the construction area and investing fund are huge.Issues of rural area have become the focus of attention to people from all walks of life.At the same time,the new rural construction in China is engaged in full swing,but it also pushes the countryside into the dilemma of traditional style and development.It is an issue required urgent attention in architecture about how to understand and guide the rural house which is growing and changing.In this paper,through the study of the adaptive evolutional mechanism of houses in the ordinary village,we can make a clearer understanding of the dialectical relationship between macro and micro,individual and group,stillness and change.By summing up the historical laws and analyzing the various causes of evolutional,we hope that the modern houses can continue the "adaptive" evolution process of the traditional houses,and can continue to "evolve" with the social and environmental changes,to form a sustainable residential autonomous updated mode.Through the investigation,interview and analysis of Xiaojiang Village,this study gradually reveals the adaptive evolutional mechanism of self-built residential houses in the Xiaojiang village according to the following contents:(1)It understands domestic and foreign research results and shortcomings of residential,then to put forward the significance of this paper.(2)It summarizes geographical and natural environment,historical and cultural characteristics,economic and social characteristics of Xiaojiang village.The research is divided into four periods based on village house renewal and is to introduce the dominant factors in promoting the evolution of residential house in each period.Finally,the overall pattern of Xiaojiang village is expounded from the aspects of form,traffic,structure and scale.It is for the discussion of the subsequent chapters to lay a complete and clear background.(3)Starting from the construction age,it analysis and combing evolutional process and developmental status quo of the self-built residential houses.This paper finds the typical representation of the various times "prototype",then analyzes the evolutional characteristics of Xiaojiang Village from the plane layout,the facade form,the material structure and the decoration,and analyzes its evolutional mechanism from formation,development to mutation deeply.Finally we recognize that the factors that affect the evolution of the house are complex and diverse,and the evolution of the farmhouse must be explored in a dynamic and holistic view.(4)This paper analyzes the evolutional process of several important spaces such as the patio,the main room,the kitchen,the bathroom,the bedroom and the storage room,and makes a detailed study on the evolution of the three rural houses.It explored the subtle relationship between the production lifestyle and the residential space form and the influence of some sporadic factors such as human preference on the house.(5)It summarized the evolutional mechanism of Self-established residence at Xiaojiang Village,and put forward the guiding principle according to the evolutional mechanism.Finally,the author summarize the context of the article,and put forward the limitations and shortcomings of the paper,and hopes to provide a basis for rural housing to modern transformation.
