With the rapid development of Chinese economy and technology,in recent years,more and more high-rise buildings appear in the major cities.Unfortunately for complex ultra-limited structure,there is no standard to follow when it comes to some problems appearing in the process of design.Therefore,adapting the design methods based on property and realizing the multiple purposes under different levels of earthquake and ensuring functionality and safety becomes engineer's crucial choice.Under this background,The main contents are as follows:(1)Generalized the development situation and corresponding criterion of high-rise building,as well as the performance-based anti-seismic design principle and practical procedure.Referring to a certain actual project,designed a residential high-rising building of shear wall structure system.Distinguished out-of-code instance according to which set structural performance objective under small,medium and large earthquake.(2)Briefly introduced the basic theory and practical procedure of response spectrum design and pushover analysis under small earthquake.As required by relevant standard,respectively adopted the procedure of SATWE and the software of ETABS in PKPM to conduct the comparison and analysis,paying attention to the stress distribution within anomalous floor under medium earthquake.Made use of the procedure of EPDA&PUSH to analyze the structural pushover and obtained some positive conclusions.(3)Introduced the main function of PERFORM-3D as well as the features and the application range of the model of beam and wall.Established a 3D nonlinear analysis model.Complying with standards and the dual-band principal of wave selection,chose 7 natural seismic waves and 3 artificial waves to conduct the nonlinear time history analysis over a Chinese normative out-of-codes shear wall structure under large earthquake.(4)For the ultra-limited shear wall structure designed in compliance with Chinese bulding codes,the dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis under the action of rare earthquakes was carried out.According to the analysis of the structure's seismic performance based on the top point displacement time,interlayer displacement angle,working state of main components and energy dissipation ofstructures,the structural damage is evaluated by using the performance evaluation index of seismic code in China.Besides,the outcome is compared with PUSHOVER's.(5)In order to study the relationship between the economy and anti-seismic property of structural design,based on this project,designed two shear wall structures of target B and D with the corresponding seismic performance satisfying the request.Analyzed and compared these two structures' change of seismic property and work amount under three different seismic targets.Some suggestions and advices can be concluded about the seismic design of out-of-codes shear wall structures.
