The presence of water in the lubricant can cause contamination of the lubricant and reduce the physical and chemical properties of the lubricant,which in turn can cause serious industrial damage to the entire system.Therefore,the purification of lubricating oil is very necessary.In many dehydration methods,the high-voltage pulse electric field dehydration method has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,safety,and stable operation.In the purification and dehydration of lubricating oil,the electric field intensity,frequency,and duty cycle of the three parameters of the high-voltage pulsed electric field have a great influence on the dehydration efficiency,so this article designs an electric field strength,frequency,and duty cycle according to the principle of electrostatic emulsion breaking.Both are adjustable high voltage pulse power supplies.The subject is to use a single-chip output PWM wave to control the switch of the full-bridge inverter circuit,and change the working state of the inverter to obtain a stable bipolar pulse waveform.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the subject and the domestic and foreign research status of high-voltage pulse power and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several ways to achieve,and then introduces the overall system block diagram and design.And the system hardware circuit and software design were analyzed.The hardware circuit includes:main circuit topology analysis,auxiliary power circuit,pulse forming circuit and its drive circuit,voltage detection circuit,current detection circuit,output voltage control circuit,high voltage pulse transformer design,the main motor instruction circuit,isolation circuit.Software programming part of the main algorithms are:pulse generation algorithm,DC adjustable power output voltage control algorithm,voltage and current detection signal processing algorithm.At the same time,the design ideas and flow charts of each program module are given.Using the high-voltage pulse power supply designed by the project,electrostatic coalescer,and the oil purifier and other water removal devices to build the experimental platform and design the experimental flow,a number of tests were conducted to explore the influence of frequency and electric field intensity on the lubricating oil.It was found that when the electric field frequency is 1500Hz,the shortest translucent time is the largest amount of water removed.When the electric field intensity is less than or equal to 1500Hz,the effect of water removal is reduced;With the increase of the electric field intensity,the translucent time is shortened,and the water removal amount is also increased.Large and theoretical analysis has the optimal electric field strength;in the lubricating oil purification experiment,the frequency mainly affects the purification efficiency,and the electric field strength mainly affects the purification effect.
