In industrial field, people has realized that the recetifying system with lower power factor can bring harmonic pollution to power net. so improved the power factor has been the tendency of the recetifying system, and the unity factior rectifier is becoming the focus all over the world.The pulse-width modulated(pwm)is the key technologyTo acquire the high power factor. The document presents the principle of three-phase PWM, then analyzes and compares the several maturely control methods for PWM. In 1980s, The foreign scholars have presents one PWM control technology based on voltage space-vector (SVPWM). which has the higher efficiency than that the SPWM. It is easily digital realization and fulfil higher power factory.To testify the correctness , the control scheme is simulated using the dynamic simulated tool SIMULINK Of MATLAB 5. 3 software and through the hardware plate built up with the TMS320f240 digital signal processor (dsp) to test the simulation results, we can find the conculation that SVPWM is reliably able to fulfil the three-phase rectifier with higher power factor .
