In recent years,it has been found that plasma applications in biology,medicine,energy,materials and other fields have some advantages unique to traditional physical chemistry,so the plasma production and application by domestic and foreign researchers in-depth research,and pulsed power supply as a plasma-producing high-quality incentive power supply has gradually been more and more scholars concerned.A STM32F103 tablet is designed as the core device of the control circuit,the whole bridge inverter and the boost transformer as the main circuit.Combined with the multivoltage rectifier circuit,the self-coupled transformer and drive circuit constitute the designed pulse overlay DC high voltage power supply.The power supply input is connected to 220V/50 Hz of mains power,through the EMI two-stage filtering divided into two channels,all the way through the rectifier filter,full bridge inverter,highfrequency transformer boost and high-voltage silicon reactor rectifier after the value of the high-voltage reactor rectifier can be adjusted high-voltage pulse,the other way by the self-coupled transformer to adjust the voltage amplitude,transformer boost,doublevoltage circuit after the total flow can be adjusted high-voltage flow.Finally,after the series overlay,the high-voltage pulse is superimposed with adjustable high-voltage DC and the superimposed waveform is acting on the load.Through this pulse overlay DC pulse power supply design can significantly reduce the pressure-resistant insulation requirements of the internal components of the power supply and the number of windings of the transformer,thereby reducing the design cost and increasing the pulse amplitude.Make the pulsed power output stable and reliable.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme is proved by the theoretical demonstration of the design scheme,the establishment of the Matlab/simulink simulation model to verify the design theory,and the experimental verification of the power supply sample made by the physical.In this thesis,the pulse superimposed DC high voltage power supply has a voltage amplitude of 10 kv,the frequency is adjustable within 0-10 khz,the duty-to-empty ratio is0.1-0.5 adjustable,and the control circuit,full bridge inverter circuit,high frequency transformer,multi-volture rectifier circuit are analyzed and verified,and each circuit module design and physical conformity with the design requirements.The waveform is stable to meet the power supply needs of discharged plasma.Figure 48 table 5 reference 68...
