Research On The Reinvention Of Enterprise Isolation Mechanisms Under The “Internet Plus" Cross-border Competition

The Isolation Mechanisms is an important research content in the field of strategic management,which is the key way to maintain the source of competitive advantage and prevent competitors from learning and imitating.But "Internet plus"has brought about great changes to the business environment,and many business and competitive advantages of traditional enterprise are attacked by crossover,thus reinventing the traditional Isolation Mechanisms is particularly important and urgent.How to identify the resources and capabilities under the“Internet plus"?How to utilize the existing advantages of Internet for counterattacking?How to build up the new Isolation Mechanisms to prevent dissipation of competitive advantage,etc.These problems become an important issue that many scholars and enterprises focus on.Therefore,discussing the problem of Isolation Mechanisms under the"Internet plus" cross-border competition has a certain practical significance.The beginning of this study is to review the domestic and foreign research about the Isolation Mechanisms and cross-border competition,and three important research perspectives of Isolation Mechanisms are summarized,including the strategic monopoly perspective,resource perspective and ability perspective,then the crossover model,motivation and implementation approaches were analyzed,and points out the deficiency of domestic and foreign research about the Isolation Mechanisms and the cross-border competition.On the basis of literature review,research framework is constructed in this paper:cross-border competition path analysis,traditional Isolation Mechanisms,destructive mechanism,reshaping process.Finally,the new theoretical model of Isolation Mechanisms is obtained,and the case analysis of Gree Electric Appliances is carried out to enhance the theory of reconstructive theory in this paper.This paper argues that "Internet pius" cross-border competition are predatory cross-border competition,Derivative cross-border competition,and Acquisitiveness cross-border competition,The three cross-border competitions break Isolation Mechanisms which based on barriers to entry,resources and ability.According to the destructive nature and mechanism,this paper analyzes the "Internet plus" key elements and the acquirement of the Isolation Mechanisms,puts forward to three kinds of Isolation Mechanisms,namely Defensive Isolation Mechanism,link Isolation Mechanism and Ecological Isolation Mechanism,and uses the theoretical framework to analyse the Gree Electric Appliances.
