The overall blade disk is a key component in aerospace engines and plays a crucial role in improving engine performance.Complex structures and typical difficult-to-machine materials constrain its development.These types of parts are thin-walled parts,which are less rigid and easily deformed.How to complete processing with high efficiency and high quality is still a major technical obstacle in the development of aerospace engines in the world.With the development of intelligent optimization technology,the method of selecting cutting parameters solely based on processing experience and processing manual is completely changed.This paper focuses on the milling process of disk and the following researches on the milling process system optimized for disk:Firstly,the operation flow of the milling database system is analyzed,the requirements of the database system are clarified,the database E-R model is established,the relations between the database tables are defined at the same time,the data table of the milling database is established,and C# is used as the programming language,SQL Sever 2008 for the database system to build a database framework.Secondly,parametric modeling of disk milling tool is carried out with UG secondary development,a parametric three-dimensional model of disk milling tool blades is established based on UG graphical templates,and UG is used to customize the menu and work of disk milling tool blades.The interface realizes the function call between the user interface and the parametric model,completes the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the disk milling cutter blade,and uses the DEFORM simulation software to analyze the influence of the cutting tool force on the cutting angle of the titanium alloy(TC4)cutter.Thirdly,disk tool is used to test the whole blade disk,analyze the influence of test parameters on cutting force,establish cutting force prediction model;then apply MATLAB to establish the multi-objective optimization problem,and introduce genetics by restricting the objective function.The algorithm optimizes the objective function and performs the milling parameter optimization process.Finally,the cutting force prediction model and the milling parameter optimization module are added to the database milling system to realize the function of cutting force prediction and milling parameter optimization during the disk milling process to improve the function of the database and provide the user with the milling process reference.
