Blisk is the key component of modern aeroengine, it’s of great significanceto improve engine performance. But its’ high-efficiency, high-quality and low-cost manufacturing process has been a technical problem in the field. With therapid development of numerical control technology, the deepening research ofblisk’ typical material properties and cutting mechanism, research andapplication of CNC milling for blisk is increasingly widespread. Meanwhile, byintroducing modern intelligent optimization algorithm, the study can furtherchange parameters selection depending on traditional experience and largenumbers of trials, and solve the problem of parameter optimization. Therefore,the thesis revolves around disc/plunge/flank milling process of blisk, focuseson the development of Composite Milling Parameter Optimization System forBlisk, and spreads out the following research:Firstly, the thesis analyzes the system requirements, carries out the overalldesign on architecture, running processes and other aspects of the system, usingVisual Studio2010as the software of programming (C#as the programminglanguage), SQL Server2008as the data management system. Meanwhile, designsof database tables and the relationship between them are carried out in detail, andthe key technology of system implementation is also discussed.Secondly, in order to obtain the required data for forecasting modeling andoptimization, the blisk typical material (TC4) is selected to do the blisk’s disc/plunge/flank milling trials. Through the test data to analysis the effect of millingparameters on cutting force, and expanding predictive modeling based onmathematical statistical methods, ultimately makes the parameter optimization.Thirdly, based on the established prediction model, the optimization modelwhich is maximal efficiency (material removal rate in per unit time) andminimum cost (the service life of the cutting tool) aimed is established, and restricted by the machine tools and cutting tools’ limitations on the millingparameters, the selected parameters and cutting force. Also, the genetic algorithmto optimize the objective function is introduced. The thesis takes the plungemilling as an example, and realizes the parameter optimization within constraints.Finally, based on the above research, as well as the development’senvironment and technology, the Composite Milling Parameter OptimizationSystem for Blisk is developed. With disc milling, plunge milling as an example,we give the system prediction and optimization function module running instanceat the end, and realize the development and application of software system.According to the reasearch above, the force prediction model andparameters optimization model for disc/plunge/flank milling of blisk typicalmaterial are established, the parameter optimization system which integrates theknowledge query, data management, target prediction and parameter optimizationis developed. These results can not only provide convenience for techonlogistsand reference for research&production, but improve difficulties in theproduction of similar products.
