Research On Automatic Calibration Device Of Constant Temperature Trough

With the continuous increase in the scale of industrial production,The factors that affect the quality of the production process of each production enterprise are constantly strengthened,especially for the control of the production temperature environment.Due to the various types of thermometer,thermostatic device,temperature control equipment widely used,its accuracy,reliability and stability is particularly important.Therefore,can provide stable and reliable,with high precision constant temperature thermostat source,has been in the enterprise laboratory,the authority of metrological verification institutions and other relevant departments of quality inspection got widely,as for verification all kinds of equipment,calibration of thermometers,the best standard thermostatic equipment needed for industrial platinum resistance or other measuringThermostatic bath as a special standard of form a complete set of measurement,its value is also the need for traceability.Therefore,the general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine issued in 1998 calibration specification for thermostatic bath,and in September 2010,approved the new thermostat technical performance test specification,replaced the old test specification,and formally since March 6,2011.New constant temperature trough test specification require the use of fixed and mobile thermometer thermometer reading multiple interval method to measure the temperature difference were relatively fixed reference points.For fully adopt fixed thermometer readings of old detection method,a new detection method steps more complex,also carried on the strict rules for measuring sequence,measurement data results of the subsequent processing caused workload increase greatly,appear easily artificial calculation error,and affect on the results of test sample.Therefore,In order to realize the thermostat traceability,we need to develop a thermostat automatic calibration system,the system can be automated calibration of the thermostat thermostat,simplify the calibration work,greatly improve work efficiency.In this paper,we develop a new calibration device,which can realize the automatic calibration of the constant temperature trough,which is as follows:1.Development of automatic temperature detection system,the real-time temperature of the thermostat for rapid and accurate measurement,the acquisition of the temperature value of real-time transmission to the host computer,the use of background computer data analysis and processing.2.Through the VB programming host computer software,real-time monitoring of temperature changes,the acquisition of relevant measurement data,and in the form of graphics display,and calculate the temperature measurement points of uniformity and volatility.3.Can manually control survey order,realize the automation of experiment data acquisition processing,and automatically generate the corresponding original records and test and calibration report.
