Automated calibration measuring and testing industry in China started late, and the step of automation is relatively backward. Still in the temperature measurement industry, although electronic, digital equipment and gradually replace the traditional mechanical analogue equipment, the calibration method is still backward, traditional hand-operation.The virtual instrument technology, machine vision technology for a more in-depth research, then the virtual instrument, machine vision and temperature indicator verification/calibration phase, the formation of virtual instrument based on LabVIEW temperature indicator automation test/calibration system. The thesis describes the development and status of the temperature indicator verification/ calibration, virtual instrument development and put forward a set of LabVIEW virtual instrument-based digital temperature indicator calibration system solutions. Next, the design and implementation of the system are discussed; the whole system is divided into the hardware (machine visual, standard device selection) and the software (machine visual process, standard select, data acquisition and process, uncertainty calculate, report generation and the database). Then, the various part of the divided sequentially performed are discussed in detail. Finally, examination of the actual running of the system, and the summary of all work, and prospects for future research.
