O2O business model is a new business combination model between online and offline channels.With the popularization of network information technolo gy,the new era of O2O business model comes quietly.Many manufacturers an d retailers began to integrate their supply chains by building their own online stores and offline experience stores.This article will start to discuss.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significa nee of this thesis,and review the research status at home and abroad;the seco nd chapter introduces the O2O business model theory,and points out that the O2O business model is the electronic commerce across time and space,anony mous trading,instant transaction characteristics,also has some improvement of the new features.Such as paying attention to the customer experience,based o n the data,to achieve the online and offline complementary advantages.Then,combining the theory and Practice Research on the present situation,summarize s several forms of O2O business model:O2O model of the manufacturer retail er vertical platform O2O mode,vertical O2O and traditional retail platform co mbined with the model,and analyses the key link of the O2O business model,including technical support,service communication,logistics network.The third chapter analyzes the necessity of the status quo of Fuzhou build ing materials market and the promotion of O2O model,first from the market e nvironment,market competition and consumer demand investigation and analysi s of the Fuzhou building materials market development status;and then analyz es the main problems of Fuzhou building materials industry is building materia ls brand confusion,overcapacity and homogenization,the market reaction speed,channel control is insufficient;and the necessity from the consumer’s point of view and business further analysis of Fuzhou building materials industry imple mentation of O2O model.From the perspective of consumers,consumers in the purchase of the O2O platform formed a habit,from the business point of buil ding materials enterprises,the development of O2O business model,to reduce t he operating costs of enterprises,quickly capture the required information,and reduce inventory digestion,improve service levels,improve customer loyalty,to achieve online and offline complement.The fourth chapter takes Schneider as an example,carries on the design t o the building materials market in Fuzhou O2O business model,including proc ess design,the third party payment platform and vertical network system lifecy cle service platform design,information systems,marketing,sales,customer ser vice based design.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text,and analyzes the shortcomings and development direction.
