With the development of society and the continuous improvement of drinking water standards,the technology of ozone and activated carbon in water treatment can not fully meet the safety of water quality.As a new and mature ultrafiltration membrane technology in recent years,the safety and stability of water quality can be brought to a new height.Although the ultrafiltration technology has developed rapidly in the field of micro purification,and there are many examples of membrane treatment plants abroad,the large concentration membrane processing mode in China is still in its infancy.Therefore,it is constructive and demonstrative to build a large-scale water treatment project which combines automation technology and membrane processing technology.Righteousness.Based on the actual needs of Tamura Yama water treatment plant,the automatic control system of membrane treatment process is designed,selected,implemented,debugged,applied and so on.First,the project has completed the complete engineering design of the ultrafiltration water treatment project from the automatic control operation.It starts from the four main functional modules,such as filtering,backwashing,maintenance cleaning,gas inspection and so on.By setting the automatic control hardware and writing the PLC program and configuration,the automatic control of the equipment and facilities is completed.The automation function of the whole ultrafiltration membrane water production system is improved,and the problems occurring in the operation process are analyzed and optimized.Specifically,the following points are designed and studied.(1)first,we need to analyze the ultrafiltration membrane process,establish the framework of the control system,and build the network structure of the automatic control system.(2)hardware design.Through the selection of PLC hardware equipment,and the detailed configuration of moduli and digital I/O module for acquisition sensors and actuators,the PLC main station and the site control station platform of the membrane filter are built(PLC rack,module selection).(3)software design.According to the analysis of the process requirements of the ultrafiltration membrane,the configuration of related variables,the program and the ladder diagram are compiled by the supporting PLC programming software,and the human-computer interaction interface is designed by the configuration software.(4)detailed description of the programming strategy for process critical points.The five aspects are the design and analysis of the communication function block of PLC and the frequency converter,the design and analysis of the main equipment call function block,the logical strategy analysis of the washing sorting problem,the program realization of the flushing process and the PID setting analysis of the constant liquid level.(5)use configuration software to design human-machine interface of monitoring system humanized.(6)debug the system before operation,collect operation data and analyze the data,verify the original intention of the design and draw relevant conclusions.
