Air compressor is widely used in the modern medical industry,especially in the field of dental services.It provides clean,efficient and green energy for patients.Because of its safety,no pollution,easy to transport and storage and other features compressed gas becomes a main source for all kinds of oral medical equipment field,in the mean time,it is also an essential ingredient in the oral treatment.The consequence is that air compressor is indispensable no matter for a large dental hospital or a dental clinic.The compressed air of the air compressor is transported to each oral comprehensive treatment platform through a pipeline,and then the complex pipeline is arranged in the oral cavity through a comprehensive treatment of the oral cavity.However,the existing operation mode of air compressor in the oral cavity industry is mostly with fixed frequency.While it is working,the pressure difference between the loading and unloading of the hollow press is large,and the energy consumption is not dominant.Moreover,this mode of operation of the equipment failure rate is high,resulting in great noise.Therefore,in view of the above problems,combing with the practical work experience of the author,this essay aims to provides a scheme to remold the constant pressure and high accuracy central gas supply system of in the department of stomatology.The feasibility of the scheme is full studied,our ultimate goal is to apply our scheme to the real world remolding project.High precision constant pressure gas pipeline to achieve control,must achieve accurate feedback in the measurement of pressure,so it is different from the original gas supply system,gas supply system will introduce a new pressure transmitter,the pressure signal value to PLC,PLC through the PID algorithm to adjust the speed of the air compressor set,and ultimately achieve the purpose surge.In order to control the pressure of each floor more timely and accurately,this paper introduces the control method of peripheral neurons.The control method is to make the gas at the end of the stable pressure,so the pressure transmitter are set on each floor of the branch,and each floor branch increased a 250L level two airbag,by adjusting the main gas pressure,to achieve the end of pipeline pressure stability.After modification,the system reduces the original pressure fluctuation range from 0.5-0.7Mpa to 0.48-0.55Mpa,and the original oil screw machine is replaced with the oil-free frequency conversion air compressor.After the introduction of PLC variable frequency controller,the impact on the power grid of the old system hollow press is repeatedly eliminated and the stability of the power grid is ensured.In addition to the introduction of variable frequency controller can achieve energy saving,air compressor operating pressure is reduced,the energy consumption is also very helpful.According to the study,air compressor working pressure every 0.1Mpa,air compressor operation energy consumption can be reduced by 7%.Through the introduction of PLC frequency conversion control technology,the daily operation energy consumption of the air compressor will be reduced effectively,and the supply pressure of the pipeline will be more stable,and the failure rate of the oral equipment will also be reduced.Finally,after the transformation of the system through the air compressor power consumption of each storey and the end of the pipeline pressure value of two aspects of experimental analysis,design validation of new gas supply system to energy saving and high precision constant pressure.Finally,the performance of all the indicators meet the design requirements,the new gas supply system was put into normal use.
