| Nowadays,the problem of environmental pollution and energy shortage has attracted worldwide attention.There is a great space for energy saving in heating in China.How to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of heating system is the primary problem.Central heating system has great advantages,but at the same time,because of the huge system,complex structure and many transmission and distribution links,it has caused unnecessary waste of energy consumption,unfavorable regulation and control,and low operational efficiency and other practical problems.Compared with the traditional heating system,the energy-saving effect of the distributed heating system is obvious,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.Therefore,the in-depth study of the system and its combination with practice have important practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation and development process of heating at home and abroad,and analyses the growth trend of heating industry in China.Secondly,it introduces the power centralized heating network,analyses the energy consumption and waste situation,optimizes and energy-saving strategies,and leads to the distributed variable frequency heating system and its advantages.Thirdly,based on the theoretical knowledge of the transmission and distribution system,the mathematical model of the distributed frequency conversion system is established,and the hydraulic conditions of each branch and flow of the pipeline network are calculated.Combining technicality with economy,taking the minimum annual calculation cost of the system as the objective function,and taking the accessibility,adjust ability and stability of the system as the conditions,the distributed frequency conversion system is optimized by the combination of theoretical analysis and deduction,simulation calculation analysis and engineering trial calculation.Fourthly,the software HACNet is used to simulate the distributed system,determine the position of zero-pressure point and the optimal scheme of main pump and user pump,and obtain the reasonable selection rule of control point and frequency conversion pump and the design method of distributed frequency conversion system.Finally,combined with the engineering example,the heating system of Benxi Hengze Thermal Company was reformed.It mainly includes introduction of heat source,status before transformation,content of transformation,adoption of energy-saving technology strategy and analysis of energy-saving effect.After hydraulic balance debugging and energy saving simulation by HACNet software in No.5 heat exchange station of Zhuanshan Heat Source Plant of Hengze Thermal Power Company,the energy consumption of the system is 85%of that of previous years,and the saving fund is calculated to be 636,600 yuan.Taking the transformation of 5#heat exchang station as an example,21 heat exchang stations in Zhuanshan district and Xihu District of Hengze Thermal Power Company were all renovated,and the annual savings of funds were calculated to be 5.7787 million yuan.At the same time,the emission reduction effect is remarkable,which greatly reduces the emission of pollutants. |
