In recent years,the National Power Grid Corp makes technical measures and management to despite the low voltage phenomenon respectively,but there's still a low voltage phenomenon in the seasonal and typical peak of electricity in many places,which are mostly in the rural areas and low voltage power distribution network at the end of the line.The frequent appearance of low voltage phenomenon has seriously affected the normal work and life of farmers in the use of electricity,but also hindered the development of rural economy.Therefore,the control of low voltage is particularly important in Chinese rural area,and it comes to be a hot topic for the power supply department.So it's necessary to make the low voltage classification and the special research to solve the problem of low voltage.Firstly,this paper sums up 7 typical load in Fujian province from the data of the Fujian provincial Electricity Information Acquisition System and the penetration of load and voltage.Meanwhile it analyzes the causes of each typical load combined with the low voltage topology analysis.At the same time,the sensitivity matrix calculation of the typical low voltage area is carried out,Statistically analyze the effect of load to voltage distribution,It will propose application of "pressure drop-load sensitivity matrix" in the Low Voltage Alarm system.Secondly,By selecting a typical low voltage area as a case,the internal relations between the main factors affecting the pressure drop and the sensitivity are anayzed qualitatively,Analyze and sum up the law of its function,Finally,basing on the research results of "pressure drop-load sensitivity matrix",through the introduction of load moment theory,it makes the application of BEI ZHAI CUN NAN KENG electricity substation involving analysis and calculation,researches the relationship between the diameter of line load moment and power supply radius in different lines,and calculates low voltage load margin.It proposes the voltage criterion,the establishment of alarming methods and the model of low voltage alann basing on the relationship of load and voltage.At last,it makes the implementation of effective alarm of low voltage.
