Analysis And Application Research On The Daily Line Loss In Electricity Consumption Information Collection System

With deeply reformation in power industry and full-scale opening of power purchase side,an independent transmission and distribution price system will be established in power grid company.It is important in electric power marketization reform process,while,the different profit model request power grid company to use new cost accounting method,push it into reducing internal losses,controlling production and management cost,accounting operation cost,and instructing investment reasonably to gain more investment returns and benefits.Based on the analysis and application research on daily line loss in electricity consumption information collection system,with the analysis of unqualified data and cooperation of marketing and distribution department and the full play to smart meters which played a role in source collection,automatic generation,system transmission and synchronization statistics on electric quantity and other core index,the current problems in management of the low voltage area were solved effectively,include but not limited the abnonnal performance of line loss was located quickly and accurately,the weak links of the basic management were reflected sensitively,the early warning and monitoring were fully realized by using line loss index to achieve energy saving and loss reducing,and improve the level of marketing management.Based on the daily line loss data in electricity consumption information collection system,an analysis model of suspected tamper was established.In this paper,the current situation of 0.4kV line loss management in Zhangzhou power supply company was discussed deeply.According to the unqualified situation of 0.4kV line loss in Zhangzhou,such as negative loss,high loss and unable to count,the cause was analyzed with pass data,file,affiliation,user electricity and distribution network.According to the abnormal characteristics of line loss,the method of fish bone analysis and stratified progressive analysis were put forward.The analysis procedure of abnormal line loss was summarized,and the treatment process of abnormal line loss area was put forward.Taking the line loss of Zhangzhou Power Supply Company as an example,targeted corrective measures were put forward with the analysis method of fish bone and stratified progressive way as well as the analysis model of line loss in the treatment of below abnormal situations.These abnormal problems include the wiring error of gateway concentrator that lead the low voltage area unable to do statistics,the gateway without power supply,and the magnification error of current transformer.The membership problem,negative loss,high damage area problem,repeated billing because of wiring error in user meter,the wiring error of transformer in user meter,the electricity stealing by the way of shorting stub were include too.
