Central heating plays a significant role in saving energy and reducing environmental pollution.In the past,the heat load of residents was usually o calculated by area method,but it can not be calculated accurately in practice.As a result,the actual demand can not be matched with the design parameters,leading to a waste of serious energy.There is still further development room for regulatory on central heating.The purpose of this paper is to allow heating companies to know the real-time heating parameters of each household and to adjust the users' room temperature to achieve a kind of heating mode one-to-one "home-to-home" remotely.This article carries on the thorough research to the household heating,comprehensively applying to the Internet of things Zigbee wireless transmission technology,ARM embedded technology,Web front-end technology and process control theory.The structure of the three-layer heating system with collection and wireless transmission of users' data,TCP network transmission of central station,and remote control of monitoring station is designed to detect and upload the temperature,flow and pressure of the client and remote monitoring data of the central control station and control the users' room temperature.Specific work is as follows:1.Analyze the relationship between users' heat load and the flow of water flowing through the customer's pipe network.Set up the differential equation of heat load and flow by setting parameters of flow coefficient,solving the differential equation by numerical solution based on the heat load data of typical heating house,getting the minimum cumulative heat under the conditions of the flow coefficient and providing theoretical guidance for the central monitoring station to adjust the users' heat balance.2.The hardware and software structure of each layer is designed.The structure of the DSP + CC2530 wireless module is used by the client.The DSP collects the output signal of the sensor and sends the data to the Zigbee terminal node through the serial port.Then the terminal node adopts the star networking mode to send data to a central station wirelessly.The ARM processor combined the TCP network transmission with the CGI extension interface is used in the data center station to upload the collected users,heating data to the Web cloud server and the My SQL database.3.Configure and extend the CGI interface to the Web cloud server.Write the monitoring webpage in the HTML language,extracting and displaying users,heating data from the My SQL database.Then,have a system test of Zigbee wireless transmission and network transmission.DSP acquisition board is specifically designed for the terminal client and data collection experiments are done in heat exchange station of enterprise,verifying the feasibility of heating monitoring system.
