With the rapid development of the manufacturing production scale of automobile industry,the user models for the increasingly diverse needs of the automotive industry,the production mode gradually from the traditional mass production to multi varieties,small batch,short cycle production mode.Automobile production enterprises increasingly begin to pay attention to the production of information:vehicle tracking and monitoring of various models in the production process of the real-time processing status and position and matching state and distribution in various parts of installation and production of the vehicle.But because of the particularity of automobile production environment leads to the complexity of the production process,material variety,development cycle is short,multi vehicle production line has become increasingly common,in the production of automobile,tracking and control of the 2 buffer directly affect the entire automobile factory production capacity.In this paper,the key technologies of vehicle body information collection,vehicle body real-time tracking and vehicle body scheduling are mainly aimed at 2 finite buffers in the vehicle production process.This paper first research background and problems of limited buffer vehicle scheduling system was introduced,combined with the domestic and foreign research results,especially in the comprehensive description of information collection and real-time scheduling research in implementation,on the basis of the research goals,research contents and research methods.This paper first introduces the basic process of automobile manufacturing industry in the information acquisition part of the application environment of the automobile industry and the application of function is researched carefully,and combining with the production status of the domestic automobile factory at present,conducted in-depth investigation of production line information management,points out the method of production line information collection,put forward in a finite buffer with vehicle tracking and scheduling function.The use of RFID as a carrier vehicle information storage,mobile signal acquisition vehicle information and vehicle OPC technology in key point information,read the configuration software Cimplicity,to use Tracker in Cimplicity to analyze information extraction,analysis of vehicle mobile signal,realize vehicle monitoring and finite buffer zone,and the group intelligent optimization algorithm complete vehicle scheduling function finite buffer.In the realization of the scheduling function,taking full account of the practical requirements of the production workshop,a flexible configuration of the scheduling rules,so that users can easily use the system.The system is used to solve the automotive industry in the production process of many models of production lines under the condition of scheduling is not flexible,flexible degree is not high and the lack of real-time monitoring,the automobile production process more controllable,more efficient,saving resources.
