Application Research Of Landscape Narration In Landscape Planning And Design Of Cemetery

The cemetery that exists as the most original monumental garden is the ultimate place for people.It is also an important place for us to pay homage to our ancestors and entrust our spirit.This unpopular green space in the cemetery is often forgotten and evaded by landscape planners.The majority of cemetery buildings are underdeveloped in terms of their overall construction and planning.In space,it is lack of readability and experience,often neglecting emotional design.Due to the emergence of funeral rush peaks in recent years and the rise of some new green ecological burial styles,the research on the landscape planning and design of cemetery landscapes is particularly urgent and important.This article takes Xiang's Destiny Longevity Cemetery in Xiangtan city as the research object,sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature and outstanding cases on cemetery and landscape narrative.From the perspective of landscape narrative,it puts forward Landscape planning and design to Xiang's Destiny Longevity Cemetery in Xiangtan city,the main research results are as follows:(1)Through sorting out the current status and progress of research on the cemetery at home and abroad,and conducting on-site investigations on a number of cemeteries,the overall status of the cemetery is effectively understood,and the various types of problems and phenomena are discovered and summarized.On the basis of this conclusion,the contents and methods of the research of the project were established,and the feasibility analysis of the combination of the landscape narration and the planning and design of the cemetery landscape was made.(2)Combining relevant literature from home and abroad,the landscape narrative and the landscape of the cemetery were constructed spatially from three perspectives:visual landscape image,environmental ecology,and general behavioral psychology.Five representative cases at home and abroad were studied and analyzed.It summarizes its features and references.(3)Focusing on the application of landscape narratives in the landscape planning of cemeteries,it has a deep discussion.The author combines the representative examples of narrative landscapes to detail the expression and organization of landscape narratives in landscape planning and design of cemeteries.After the detailed explanation and summary,it puts forward the application strategy of landscape narrative in the landscape planning and design of the cemetery,so as to enhance the readability and experience of the cemetery and promote the functional and social value of the cemetery landscape.(4)Taking the planning and design of Xiang's Destine Longevity Cemetery in Xiangtan city as a case study to test and apply the above theoretical system,it puts forward the natural law of the life of all things as the narrative layout point.Using the narrative way to guide the tourists,and trying to produce certain effects in the senses,emotions,ecology,culture,and plants,it so as to changes the public's attitude towards negative evasion of the cemetery,and finally the public has a new understanding and definition of the cemetery.This paper constructs the idea and framework of the landscape narrative integration into the landscape planning and design of the cemetery.By practice,it proves that the landscape narrative is feasible in the planning and design of the cemetery landscape.It is hoped that it will give a certain reference value to the theoretical support and actual system of the landscape narrative applying in the modern cemetery landscape planning and design.
